Ways to Give

Give by Mail

Make checks payable to Appalachian Highlands Community Dental Charities and mail your gift to:

Give Stock

A gift of appreciated stock or other eligible securities can support our mission while potentially offering tax benefits. Your gift can help provide dental care today while supporting your own charitable and financial goals. Stock gifts require coordination with your financial institution. Please contact us before initiating a transfer so we can provide the appropriate transfer instructions.

Give Through Your Donor-Advised Fund

A Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) offers a convenient way to recommend a charitable gift to the organization and support the work happening in our community. If you have a DAF, you can recommend a grant to:

Appalachian Highlands Community
Dental Charities
EIN: 99-2564571

Give from Your IRA (Qualified Charitable Distribution)

If you are 70½ or older, you may be eligible to make a tax-advantaged Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from your IRA.  A QCD can be a meaningful way to support our mission while potentially offering tax benefits. Because individual circumstances vary, we encourage you to consult your financial advisor or tax professional to determine whether a QCD is right for you.

Direct your IRA distribution to:
Appalachian Highlands Community
Dental Charities
EIN: 99-2564571
P.O. Box 246
Abingdon, VA 24212

Please let us know when your QCD has been initiated so that we can properly acknowledge your generosity.
