Located in Abingdon, Virginia, Appalachian Highlands Community Dental Charities (AHCDC) supports Appalachian Highlands Community Dental Center, along with other organizations providing essential dental care to those in need.
Our mission
Established in 2024, Appalachian Highlands Community Dental Charities (AHCDC) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports Appalachian Highlands Community Dental Clinic in providing comprehensive dental services to underserved and uninsured patients.
Our vision
Because oral care has a direct impact on overall health, we must ensure that the Southwest Virginia region has adequate access to high-quality, affordable dental services that range from cleanings to dental prosthetics (crowns, bridges, and dentures.) The health of our region and our residents, both current and future, depends on it.
